By definition that literally isn't possible, it cannot "shrink" the history of what occurred, so the result is "Safety Freeze". That's it, that's the magic, that's the mystery. If it "shrinks", that results in a "Safety Freeze". This complete history of every single solitary thing that occurred in your laptop is so incredibly important to Backblaze, that it can never "shrink". Backblaze Personal Backup is a log based format, what occurs in your backup is an "append-only" format, it can only get larger. Safety Freeze is highly mis-understood, and COMPLETELY simple. I'm almost giddy with anticipation of having this issue go away forever. We're literally weeks away from a silent solution to this issue.
